TriBeCa offers the very best of historic RVA city living along with the benefits and ease of quality modern construction
Created by local award winning architect David Johannas of the Johannas Design Group, TriBeCa elegantly combines both form and function. Phase I, completed in 2008, is a series of attached town homes along the east side of the 400 block of South Harrison Street. The properties received an overwhelmingly positive market response and filled quickly.
Phases II and III, compliment the original phase of the project and draw on neighboring early 20th century architecture and materials for inspiration. The Dobson Street and Wallace Street homes were all sold out prior to completion and occupied in the Summer of 2015. While the remaining South Harrison Street homes of Phase III are currently under construction by Richmond builder KBS, and should be finished in early 2016.
The interiors of the homes are bright and have an open flow between spaces, a hallmark of the architect’s residential design style. Quality hand-picked materials and efficient, eco-friendly systems can provide years of worry free living. Welcome home.
